WARRANTY

RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY:

Casa Mia Australian Pty Ltd has been a long standing supplier of furniture to the Australian market for over 35 years.
All care and effort is made to ensure the design and manufacture of our products is enjoyed for many years.

We offer a 5 year structural warranty on dining chairs and armchairs subject to normal domestic use, where the product has been properly maintained and not misused.
This warranty specifically covers frames. This warranty excludes fabrics and leathers as Casa Mia Australia is not the manufacturer of these items.
Individual fabric and leather suppliers can provide warranties relating performance.

Furthermore, we offer a 3 year structural warranty on all furniture items (case goods).

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY:

Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd offers a 2 year structural warranty for dining chairs and armchairs used in a commercial environment. Subject to normal commercial use, where the product has been properly maintained and not misused.

A 2 year structural warranty covers other non-upholstered items.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

Warranty claims can be made directly to Casa Mia Australia’s head office. An inspection of the product is required to determine the nature and cause of the fault. This will be carried out by a Casa Mia representative.

You will be advised whether the alleged defect has been caused by fair wear and tear, carrier damage, abuse or faulty manufacturing. The warranty covers the cost involved in repair but excludes any transport or freight costs associated with the claim.
